Need help with a job?

-Hello, I am 18 years old. And I can not find a job right now. I think i remember someone saying I can like make my own website, and then like team up with a company, (like walmart, target, ect) and sell their stuff on my website and i get a percentage of what I sell on my website? I don't know. Is that real?yes
