Do companies care where you went to school as long as you have your CPA?

-I am currently in the Military and I need to start working on my Master's soon. I received my undergraduate degree in Geography but I am thinking about getting my Master's in Accounting. The school must offer online classes but must be legitimate at the same time. AMU is my top pick so far but it is a for-profit school that does not have stringent entry requirements. As long as I have my CPA, does it matter to employers where I got my degree from?Most on line schools are looked at with skepticism because in the past there were so many Diploma Mills cranking out Diplomas for a fee. No real work study required. When the choice is between an applicant with an on line school degree and an applicant with a regular college degree, the college wins every time.
