How do you know if a job offer isn't a scam?

-TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE JOB





A Requested position of an ( Au pair/Nanny/Housekeeper/Driver) valid for a maximum period of 3 years and above.





The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:



Start Date and Period of Employment:



* You are expected to resume duty as soon as you arrive here.



*You will be required and expected to work for approximately 40 hours per week (8 hours/day Monday to Friday). Every weekend, will be spent with your family or anywhere as you would have the weekends off.



SALARY/WAGES ARE BELOW:



AU PAIR/NANNY: 拢2,400 Monthly (weekly allowance 拢120)

DRIVER: 拢2,550 Monthly (weekly allowance 拢120)

HOUSE SITTER: 拢2,800 Monthly (weekly allowance 拢120)





Discipline :



Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:



(1 Causing a disruptive influence in the HOME is prohibited.



(2) Job incompetence is not allowed.



(3) Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to my interests..



(4) Unreliability in time keeping or attendance.



(5) Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.



(6) Theft or other dishonest offenses will be dealt with.



(7) Drunkenness not allowed.



(8) Illegal drug taking prohibited.



(9) Child abuse or neglect highly prohibited.



In the event of a need for disciplinary action, the procedure will be:



First - a verbal warning..

Second - a written warning..

Third - dismissal without need for further notice. Reasons with would give rise to summary dismissal would be:



NOTE: That any Activities of improper conduct will also be our concern too, you will be highly required to be of your best behavior (in or outside) as you work for us to protect our good name.



Accommodation/Feeding

As for your Accommodation and feeding, the Family offered to accommodate you as well as feeding also.



processing fee:

You are expected to shoulder the processing for your visa and other necessary legal documents needed for your arrival,But the Employer is willing to bear 50% percent of your travel fee.



Vacation:this is allow after 2 weeks

?????
100% SCAM for so many reasons

1 - NOT ONE of those jobs qualifies for sponsorship to the UK. Those are unskilled jobs that have to be offered to EU citizens. No foreign worker can come to the UK for one of those jobs

2 - It's against the law for any employer in the UK to charge the employee ANY fees and there are no processing fees for visas. The employer has to cover ALL fees as a condition of their sponsorship

3 - To work as a nanny/au pair in the UK you must have a valid CRB. It's against the law for anyone to offer a nanny/au pair job to anyone who does not have a CRB. A CRB is a criminal background check that requires you to appear iN PERSON at a UK police staiton with your passport to be fingerprinted and photographed. If you do not have a CRB you cannot work with children in any capacity

4 - To work as a driver in the UK you need a UK driving license. You cannot be offered any driving job without this. If you did not take the written and driving test in the UK then you cannot get a driver job

5 - there is NO way any employer can offer work to anyone without proof they have met you IN PERSON. If you were not flown to the UK for an interview before you got the job offer, it's ALWAYS a SCAM. There are NO exceptions

6 - This is NOT written by a native UK English speaker - there are so many grammatical errors



If you really believe you can get hired for overseas jobs over the internet you need to get off the computer because you are too gullible and will be scammed. There is NO employer anywhere in the world that employs people who have not had at least one face to face interview
if your job is not verify from an agency then I would be very careful of accepting that job, since you can be sue by signing the agreement if things doesn't turn out to be the employers' expectation wheather the accused which is you are under valid or made up reasons.



For example, you sign the form and work there for 1 week then suddenly you got fired for some reason and then they can sue you because you broke contract and they make alot of momney from suing you.



it can be also a trap where you walk in and they drug you and sell you off to a prostitution ring.
