No references! What should I do?

-I had a job as a CNA like a couple months ago , this is my first job ever, and I worked for them for 6 months exactly. Started in september of 2010 and ended feb of this yr. My problem is I sorta burned bridges with them.. (Yes I know this sounds bad.) because I was going through a tough time, sort of in depression mode and I just couldnt handle going to work and handling with my personal issues at the same time. So.. little by little I stopped taking less assignments that was assigned to me and one day I just completely fell out and I got laid off. Now, im job searching hoping to find a new job but I have no references.. Like none at all! I know that my past employers wont give me a good recommendation since I burned bridges with them. The school I went to, to be a cna, I had an RN as an instructor and I remember her giving me her contact info but I lost that also.. Basically I cant think of any references I can put down. Any advice? Im now 19 as well.
