How is working at Target?

-I submitted my application online to work at a Target store in my area about a week and a half ago now. Anyways, I had a couple of questions that I wanted to ask on here:



1) How do you land the interview after submitting the application online?



2) How are the working conditions within the company in regards to the amount of hours you work, the way management treats you as an employee, and the pay that you get per hour?



3) If you have worked at Target, please describe what you liked and didn't like about the company.



Thank you all so much for your help in advance because I definitely appreciate all of your answers!My daughter worked there for a very short time as one of her coworkers sprayed Windex in her eyes! Why? Because he was MADE to do his job in the deli and took it out on her. She had nothing to do with it. Was he fired? Nope. Their boss was to chicken s--t to say anything in fear of losing his. For a whole $6.10 an hour! Low pay and typical corporate slavery.
If it is anything like Wal-Mart then I am sure it sucks. My own personal experience stopped with the application process twice.



1. Kiss up and say you are available whenever (the key for them is availability.. once you are in the door then you can mess with them about your sched.).
