How is working at Target?

I submitted my application online to work at a Target store in my area about a week and a half ago now. Anyways, I had a couple of questions that I wanted to ask on here:



1) How do you land the interview after submitting the application online?



2) How are the working conditions within the company in regards to the amount of hours you work, the way management treats you as an employee, and the pay that you get per hour?



3) If you have worked at Target, please describe what you liked and didn't like about the company.
