What jobs with benefits are available for an unskilled younger woman?

-my girlfriend is 22 and currently a waitress at a local restaurant. she is looking to find a job that has more regular hours (m-f) and has some basic benefits such as health insurance, paid days off, etc. she went to school for a year in high school for some medical stuff but didn't like it so she stopped pursuing it. so what I'm wondering is if anyone knows of any type of job she could look to get into that would fit the criteria I listed above...since she's basically been waiting tables since HS, she doesn't have too many special skills that a lot of jobs look for today. any constructive ideas are welcome, thanks
